I am Selling

I am Selling my Lucent (LU) stock. I have a limit order for $2.82 that I hope gets filled today. I only bought 115 shares at $2.69. Counting the 2 $7 trades that I needed to buy and then sell it would make my net profit 95 cents. Kind of a waste. I still feel that Lucent is a better company that it is selling for at $2.82 but I didn't do "Due Dillegence" in looking at the company. I am only selling at $2.82 as I hate taking any sort of loss.

Buy ThinkBling.com

If you want to buy ThinkBling.com then you may do so. The current price is $5,000.

A lot more could be done with the site, forum and as a source of links. You basically would get my hosting account the domain and all content that currently resides here although I may ask for a copy of this blog to be moved to a new site.

I haven't had a losing day in a week!

I know I am jinxing myself by saying this, but ever since I opened up my Scottrade account, I haven't had a losing day. Sure, it's just been a week but hey, that's 5 marks in the "Win" column.

I currently have various degrees of shares in CTG, LU (Lucent) and AMD.

CTG and Lucent I feel are underrated and AMD is growing by leaps and bounds.

I recently ditched Oracle stock that I purchased way back in 2000 via Suretrade (which got bought by somebody who bought them who in turn was bought by somebody else). I used to like Oracle but I just don't believe in their product any more.

The World's Largest Disco

This Saturday is the annual World's Largest Disco. Now I don't know if it actually the largest, but that is its official name. All 7,000 tickets or so where already sold out early last week. Let me know if you want to get rid of some because a few of my slacker friends missed out.

This year I have chosen a Mork theme. So far I have the following.
1. Mork like puffy ski vest.
2. Mork like rainbow suspenders.

Platforms a mork like striped shirt and moppy wig would be ideal! However seeing how this is where once and toss out stuff, I am trying to control myself.

I would post pictures of myself from last year but I'm afraid that my outfit wasn't up to par. I may be posting things of others though! ha HA!!!

Scottrade is the Shizzle

Just wanted to point out that I opened an online stock account last week at Scottrade. It's pretty sweet, you only need $500 in cash or stock to trade with them. The interface and reportin isn't the best but for only $7 a trade it is exactly what I am looking for.

This fits nicely into my plan for richness.
1. Open an online stock trading acount.
2. ??????
3. Retire

See, easy as 1, 2, 5... er... I mean 3.

A few rules to making this work...

If you want me to stick around you will have to...
1. Begin requests with "please". You have made a halfhearted effort up to now. From now on I will no longer be required to give you a dirty look before a "please" is said.
2. All nice deeds will be followed with "thank you". This includes the opening of doors, drop offs while I park the car and taking you out to events and dinners.
3. Your deamenor will be pleasant. I figure you actually want to be around me 30-50% of the time that we are actually together. If you want me to be around at all you will fake it the 70-50% of the time that you are just generally annoyed with having to be around annybody at all.
4. I'm a nice guy. For some unknown reason I like to treat you with respect if I actually like you. This is counter intuitive to what normally works (ie treating women badly and having them like you in return. You will have to be advanced enough to realize this or your ass will be placed on the curb.
